Our History
Between 1989 and 2000, the company made significant strides in its operations and market presence. It began by establishing a manufacturing facility in Jigani, Bangalore, where it introduced the KAVERI Brand Water Storage Tanks. To meet the growing market demand, new machinery was added, and all machines were converted from HSD to LPG to reduce the carbon footprint and improve fuel efficiency. The company embraced technological advancements by incorporating a new Biaxial Machine and achieved ISO 9002:1996 certification, solidifying its commitment to quality. In 1999, the "Kaveri" brand was officially registered as a trademark. During this period, the company also expanded its market reach, beginning to serve neighboring areas in the late 1990s. Product and process improvements were continuously made based on customer feedback, and the company regularly updated its working methods and technology to better serve its customers.
Between 2001 and 2010, the company continued its growth trajectory by expanding and starting a new facility equipped with the latest technology machines. During this period, they introduced new Roto Moulded Products, including the launch of a 10,000-liter tank, which was the first of its kind in South India. Additionally, the company introduced 15,000 and 20,000-liter tanks, marking another first for South India and the third in India overall. To meet specific needs, they added an upgraded Biaxial Machine and began exporting Rotomoulded Water Storage Tanks. The company also expanded its market presence by acquiring a running company in Bangalore. New rotomoulded products were introduced for industrial purposes, beyond just water tanks. In 2004, they revised the standard of ISO 9001:2000, reflecting their commitment to quality. Moreover, they obtained the ISI Mark License in 2007, further cementing their reputation in the industry.
Between 2011 and 2020, the company made significant technological advancements and expanded its production capabilities. They introduced the first Blow Molding Machine in South India and established a new high-output facility in Bangalore. The company focused on energy efficiency by adding a 10,000-liter machine with a closed oven and replaced outdated machines with new Biaxial and Blow Molding Machines to enhance product quality and meet market demands. Additionally, they expanded into custom molded products and introduced new rotomoulded products for various industries, further diversifying their offerings. By the late 2020s, they began specializing in custom molded products, continuing their growth and innovation.
In 2021, the company continued to enhance its production capabilities by acquiring a new Blow Molding Machine along with a new set of molds. This upgrade allowed them to start producing new products, further expanding their product lineup and maintaining their commitment to innovation.
